KWG:  Fun Run  Organization -  Meeting Minutes
Sunday July 11th, 2010

*Attendees:*  Mike, Alysha, Blythe, Puja, Marie

Hi everyone.  Here are the minutes from the meeting we had after the World
Cup final on Sunday.As you can see there are still a number of things to do,
and we will need several volunteers on the day of the run to ensure that
everything goes smoothly.

*Fun Run Schedule:*

- Go to Kortright Centre Weekend before run and walk the course
- Go to Kortright Centre day before and setup trail markers

o Pylons

o Caution Tape

o Wooden stakes / arrows

- Need Tables / Table Cloths (African Fabrics?)
- Printed copies of Maps
- Music:

o Raj? Speakers microphone?

- Food

o Coffee

o Water

o Apples, other fruit

o Granola Bars
