Subject: [Kwg-list] KWG Work Party - Sunday July 11th

Hi Everyone, 

During our last KWG Meeting we discussed the idea of having a "Work Party" in at 
4 PM on Sunday July 11th in  Mississauga.  A few hours on a Sunday afternoon 
(with a BBQ and drinks of course) where we could work on some outstanding items 
for the 5K Fun Run and the Promo Videos.

We have a slight conflict in that World Cup finals are from 2 - 4 PM that day. 
 Could I get a consensus to see who is still planning on attending and if folks 
would prefer:

A) Coming over earlier and making it a World Cup (CBC in HD) + BBQ + KWG Work 
Party

B) Start later (~6PM) giving people time watch the World Cup on their own
