[Kwg-list] Finalizing the planned Route for 5 K Run

Hello Everyone,

This Sunday, we are planning on heading out to Kortright
Conservation Area to finalize the route, set up a photo display and to
ensure that the trail will be well groomed for the 5K Fun Run Sunday,
September 20th. If you are able to join us for the hike this Sunday, we are
meeting at the Visitor Centre (main lobby) at 11:00am and will be bringing a
picnic basket for a feast when the work is done.

There is a fee for admission to the conservation area so do not be surprised
if you are stopped at the gate.  Tell the person at the Gate that you
are "*meeting
with Teresa*" and you will not need to pay.

Also, we are planning to set up the route markers the day before the Fun Run
and are looking for volunteers to assist with this.  On Saturday, September
19th will you be able to help out at 4pm to set up?  There is a wedding also
taking place that afternoon so we will be meeting at the Picnic Shelter and
not the main building since we do not want to intrude on someone's special
day.
