[Kwg-list] Pledge Form and Registration Form

Hello Everyone,

As we begin to ramp up for the 5K Fun Run, we thought we had better get the
pledge forms and registration forms out to the KWG members as soon as
possible in order for you to have enough time to share them with your
friends and colleagues and to be able to start collecting sponsors as soon
as possible.  People are able to register online however to save on this
online fee and to keep administration costs low, we hope that you will be
able to help collect registration forms too.

We hope that you are all enjoying your summer and we look forward to seeing
you at the run.
